This rare early Muse demo, entitled This Is A Muse Demo, surfaced on eBay in 2005 and sold for around £500 ($913) to a person in the United States named brkntvgirl, who is actually a solo supporting artist named Jessica M*******, alleged to be Dom's American ex-girlfriend, who now lives in London. It features 4 demo songs which were never re-recorded or heard again, except "Sling" which Muse played an instrumental riff of rarely at early shows, 1998/1999 Showbiz era. The demo tape was recorded in May 1995 at Chris's house, less than a year after Muse formed in 1994.
